With close to 30 years of administrative and leadership experience, he understands the importance of supporting school staff, making connections with students, and fostering a positive school culture focused on literacy. He knows the importance of writing and, as someone who has learned multiple languages, understands how to support multilingual learners as they improve their writing skills.

Amelia Hadley understands the power of writing. As an English and Journalism teacher, and a former Journalist, she has spent the past 16 years writing, publishing, and teaching students the love and confidence that come from being successful writers. She has taught in both the primary and secondary grades, and has extensive experience with Exceptional Learners and Multilingual Students. Her goal has always been to empower students to find their voices through writing. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction; her research explores how Artificial Intelligence can support secondary writing instruction.
